COTH function

The COTH function returns the hyperbolic cotangent of any real number.

Parts of a COTH function

COTH(value)

PartDescription
valueAny real value to calculate the hyperbolic cotangent of.

Sample formulas

COTH(A1)

COTH(1)

Example

In this example, the COTH function shows the hyperbolic cotangent of given angles in radians:

AB
1FormulaResult
2=COTH(1)1.313035285
3=COTH(-1)-1.313035285
4=COTH(4)1.00067115
5=COTH(0)#DIV/0!
